Description

Crispy parmesan crusted chicken smothered in a rich, creamy garlic sauce—perfect for busy nights and budget-friendly dinners.

Ingredients

Chicken Preparation:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten

Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Optional: 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

1. Pound the chicken breasts evenly and pat them dry with paper towels.

2. Dredge each piece in flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and coat thoroughly with grated Parmesan.

3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

4. In a separate saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1–2 minutes.

5. Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer on low for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.

6. Pour the creamy garlic sauce over the crispy chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

You can also bake the chicken at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, flipping once.

For a lighter sauce, substitute half the cream with chicken broth.

Pairs well with rice, pasta, or steamed vegetables.
